At Sola, your rest comes first. We want you to feel completely confident in your sleep ritual, and if something isn’t quite right - whether it’s the feel, fit, or finish - we’re here to help make it right.

You may return unused products within 14 days of receiving your order. Our aim is simple: to ensure you feel supported every step of the way. 

• Items must be unused, complete, and returned in their original condition and packaging

Returns showing signs of wear, damage, or missing components may not be accepted.

To submit your returns request, please email hello@solawellness.co.uk with details of the return request

Sola reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, including items that are used, incomplete, returned outside the allowed timeframe, or sent to an unauthorised address.

If a return is refused, the item may be sent back to the original sender at the customer’s expense.
